Meet Mandy
Mandy has over 20 years of diverse experience in senior and executive management roles at Mildura Rural City Council.
​
Prior to establishing Pendulum Consulting in 2023, she was the General Manager Development with Mildura Rural City Council, successfully leading a department of over 250 staff to deliver infrastructure, asset management, regulatory, waste management, parks and gardens and building services.
Preceding that, Mandy was the General Manager Corporate, leading a department of over 60 staff and providing services to the organisation and the community that included Finance, Human Resources, Organisational Development and Customer Service.

She also spent four years as the Organisational Development Manager before moving to the executive level at MRCC and was instrumental in implementing the Australian Business Excellence Framework into the organisation and playing a key role in Council achieving a Gold Level Award in 2015.
Prior to that Mandy was the Manager Aged & Disability Services, managing a workforce of over 120 staff delivering care services into people’s homes.

Mandy has a Masters of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma Gerontology and Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). Mandy provides expert advice, coaching and programs focused on leading and managing people and teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
